Adobe’s MAX conference is the largest design conference in the world. Thousands of artists from around the globe all come together in Los Angeles California to learn, network and discuss all things design related. In March of 2018, we were invited by Adobe’s Creative Director Dan Cowles to spend 3 glorious nights filming background plates all around Hollywood, Downtown LA, and greater Los Angeles area. Armed with a large format 8K VistaVision camera, a rain truck, police escorts and Dan’s directorial vision we set out to create what would become these awe-inspiring visuals for all the MAX attendees to view almost 7 months later on a massive screen to an enthusiastic audience. It was quite a project to be a part of and great to witness first hand the impact it had on the audience.
