It’s quite an honor to be asked to create a video as raw and emotional as the one we were asked to create for Adobe’s diversity and inclusion web page. We interviewed 30 Adobe employees over 3 days and asked them to be real with us about previous experiences, positive and negative in their personal and work lives. When the video played for the first time at Adobe’s diversity summit in San Jose CA employees and non-employees alike went through the series of emotions we felt when listening to these personal stories on set and in editorial.  When the client sends you an email that says there wasn’t a dry eye in the house it makes all the hard work and effort so worth it.
